Here are some common questions we receive as a local custom embroidery shop.
To create an embroidered hat, you first need to create a design that you want to embroider, choosing from our wide variety of thread colors. Designs for custom caps can be made using a computer program, or by hand. You'll also need to specify what cap style you'd like. Once the design is created, your embroidered baseball caps or trucker caps will go through the embroidery machine. A custom cap embroidery machine is used to create the custom hat stitching designs. This type of machine uses a needle to embed the design into the fabric of the customized hats, resulting in a high-quality, durable print with a high stitch count.
Custom embroidered jackets can be created using screen printing. The custom embroidery service involves printing the design onto a substrate such as cloth and then using a needle to embroider the design into the fabric. This results in a high-quality, durable print that can withstand wear and tear.
